Welcome. These terms govern the use of the ariaknows.com website and of the services offered through the ARIA product, operated by Annapolis Tour S.R.L. ("ARIA"). By using the website or the services, you accept these terms.
1. Who we are
ARIA is a product operated by Annapolis Tour S.R.L., a Romanian legal entity, CUI 38461850, registration no. J2017003056086, with its registered office at Str. Gheorghe Bariţiu nr. 18, Brașov, 500025, Romania. The contact address for any matter relating to these terms: [email protected].
2. About the service
ARIA is an AI virtual assistant service for businesses. She answers your customers' messages on multiple channels (WhatsApp, email, web chat), on the basis of the information you provide us about your business.
ARIA is a young service and we are developing her continuously. Features may evolve, and if we change something that affects you, we tell you beforehand.
3. Account and access
You subscribe directly from the pricing page, by choosing a monthly plan. Your account is created automatically once payment is confirmed. The initial configuration of ARIA on your business information normally takes between 24 and 72 hours from the moment you give us the necessary information.
You are responsible for the security of your own credentials (passwords, API keys). Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use ARIA for:
- Activities that are illegal under Romanian or European law
- Spam, harassment, or other forms of abuse of your customers
- Reverse engineering of our models, or extraction of data for training other models
- Disguising ARIA's identity as being a human (explicitly prohibited by EU AI Act Art. 50)
5. Your content
Everything you upload into ARIA in order to "teach" her (FAQs, prices, policies, instructions) remains your property. You grant us a limited licence to use it solely in order to deliver your service.
The conversations between ARIA and your customers are data for which you are the data controller. We process them in accordance with the DPA.
6. Availability and SLA
We target 99.5% monthly uptime, measured at the level of the public API. We do not yet offer formal SLA credits, but we communicate transparently about incidents lasting more than 1 hour.
7. Prices and payment
The prices of the plans are public on the pricing page, expressed in lei (RON). The price displayed is the final amount you pay: nothing is added at checkout. VAT is included in that amount and is itemised for you on the tax invoice issued to your company.
The subscription is billed monthly, in advance, through Stripe. It renews automatically every month until you cancel it. If we change the price of your plan, we tell you at least 30 days beforehand, and you may cancel at no cost before the change takes effect.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel the subscription at any time, without penalties and without notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, and until then the service remains active. We do not refund the period in progress.
On request, we export your data (frequently asked questions, configurations, your business's conversation history) in JSON format. We delete it from our systems within 30 days at the latest from the end of the subscription.
9. Limitation of liability
ARIA is an AI assistant. We do not guarantee that her answers are 100% correct or that she will not let the occasional case slip. We recommend that you remain in active supervision during the first 30 days of operation.
Our total liability for any damage is limited to the value of the contract over the last 12 months, in accordance with Romanian law.
10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are settled by the competent courts in Brașov.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are communicated at least 30 days beforehand by email. If you do not agree, you may terminate the contract without penalties.
