That is why every figure about FlowBotic below is taken from their public pages, read on 9 August 2026, or from the public ANAF register, and where two readings were possible we used the one that favours them. Check flowbotic.ro before you believe us.
ARIA KNOWS is operated by Annapolis Tour S.R.L., CUI RO38461850, and FlowBotic by FLOWBOTIC S.R.L., CUI 54392574. Both can be read in the public ANAF register. To avoid confusion: the FlowBotic assistant is also called Aria, but these are two different products, from two different companies.
How much does FlowBotic cost in the first year?
FlowBotic publishes the Starter plan at 499 RON a month plus a setup fee of 999 RON, paid once, so the first year costs 6,987 RON. Business comes to 10,487 RON, and Premium to 20,487 RON. ARIA KNOWS has no setup fee, so the Communication plan costs 2,388 RON in the first year, and Operations 5,988 RON.

The FlowBotic prices are the ones published on flowbotic.ro, read on 9 August 2026, taken exactly as printed. Their home page notes that the prices are without VAT, and their terms page says that FlowBotic is not registered for VAT and that the prices are final. The public ANAF register confirms it is not registered for VAT, so we used the reading that is cheaper for them: the monthly amount displayed is the amount paid, without us adding VAT on top of it. ARIA KNOWS prices already have the VAT inside the amount displayed.
Per month, FlowBotic Starter costs 499 RON, and ARIA KNOWS Operations 499 RON. In the first year their setup fee of 999 RON, paid once, is added on top, and ARIA KNOWS does not have it.
We say the part that does not suit us too: from year two neither of us charges the setup fee any more, so what is left is the comparison between the monthly subscriptions above. The difference is what you get for that money, plus the deductible VAT in the next section. If you pay annually, ARIA KNOWS asks for ten months instead of twelve, so Operations comes to 4,990 RON a year, and Communication to 1,990 RON.
What does it actually cost, if your firm is registered for VAT?
ARIA KNOWS is sold by a VAT registered firm, so the 499 RON includes 86.60 RON of VAT that your firm deducts: the real cost stays 412.40 RON a month. FlowBotic is not registered for VAT in the public ANAF register, so there is nothing to deduct on their invoice and the amount they show stays whole. With us, the deduction lowers the real cost by roughly 17% of the displayed price, every month, not only in the first year. The deduction is possible only if your firm is registered for VAT, and the information here is general guidance and does not constitute tax advice.
The rate is 21%: of the 499 RON displayed, 412.40 RON is price and 86.60 RON is VAT. The seller is Annapolis Tour S.R.L., CUI RO38461850, a VAT registered firm. What is the real difference between FlowBotic and ARIA KNOWS?
The difference is where the data ends up. The FlowBotic terms describe the product as an assistant on WhatsApp with Google Calendar and a basic CRM system through Google Sheets. ARIA KNOWS writes those same conversations straight into the system that runs the firm: customers, projects, income, bank reconciliation and ANAF e-Factura. The same conversation, but tied directly to that customer’s money.

“Not shown on their site” means exactly that: we did not find the feature on the public FlowBotic pages on 9 August 2026. It does not mean they cannot do it on request. The CRM quote is taken word for word from the terms they publish, translated from Romanian.
Does FlowBotic answer the phone too?
On the FlowBotic site, read on 9 August 2026, there is no plan with phone calls: the three published packages cover WhatsApp. ARIA KNOWS answers real calls, on a number of your own, starting with the Operations plan at 499 RON a month, which also includes 200 minutes of voice, then 1.50 RON a minute.
What happens to my customers’ data?
ARIA KNOWS keeps the data stored in the European Union, on servers at Contabo, Lauterbourg, France, and the language model is Mistral, a French company. Conversations do not train models. The only exception is telephony, where voice synthesis is processed at a supplier outside the EU, covered by contract, and telephony is not switched on unless you ask for it. The terms published by FlowBotic describe a basic CRM through Google Sheets and an integration with Google Calendar, so the data passes through Google services.

Who is FlowBotic better for?
If all you want is bookings on WhatsApp, you already work in Google Calendar and Google Sheets, and you do not need invoices, projects or money in one place, FlowBotic covers exactly that. They have a blog by industry and prices published openly, with the setup fee in plain sight. ARIA KNOWS would be, in your case, more system than you need.

ARIA KNOWS makes sense if you want the conversation with the customer and that customer’s money in the same place: projects, income, expenses, bank reconciliation, ANAF e-Factura and real phone calls. If all you need is bookings on WhatsApp, you do not need any of this and we will tell you so directly.
Who already uses ARIA KNOWS?
GENECO, the solar installation firm of the ARIA KNOWS founder, runs its business in the system: 57 customers, 42 projects, over 300 leads, 7 people with working accounts, 411 documents and 353 supplier invoices pulled automatically from ANAF e-Factura. Figures read from the system on 9 August 2026. It is the software we use to run our own firm, told at length in how we use ARIA.
ARIA KNOWS is not a big company either, and on this page you will not find logos or customer counts you cannot check. The only advantage that holds is being the one anybody can check.

No. ARIA KNOWS charges no installation, configuration or activation fee, and we do the setup ourselves. The price you see is the amount you pay for the subscription, VAT included. The only things that can be added on top are usage you can see in advance: the Meta WhatsApp fees, rebilled at cost, and phone minutes beyond the ones included. FlowBotic publishes a setup fee of 999 RON on Starter, 1,499 RON on Business and 2,499 RON on Premium, paid once, at the start.
Yes. On annual payment, ARIA KNOWS asks for ten months instead of twelve: Communication costs 1,990 RON a year, and Operations 4,990 RON a year, one single payment, with VAT already included. There is no setup fee in the annual option either.
