The story behind it

A real solar installation companyruns its operation in ARIA KNOWS.

GENECO installs solar systems in Romania, and the founder of ARIA KNOWS is a shareholder in it. The company runs its operation in ARIA KNOWS: the requests that come in from the website, the customers, the projects, the document library and the supplier invoices received through ANAF e-Factura. If the software breaks, a real company stops, one with people and with invoices to pay.

What GENECO keeps in ARIA KNOWS
57
customers
42
projects
over 300
leads, from two websites
411
documents in the library
353
supplier invoices arriving through ANAF
7
people on the team holding a working account

Figures counted in the GENECO working account on 9 August 2026, not taken from a slide deck. They are small and unrounded because they are real, and we give the leads as a floor, because the number grows from one day to the next. We publish the shape of the work, not the company's commercial figures: GENECO has other shareholders, and its sales pace, the value of its jobs and its customer names stay its own.

Who uses ARIA KNOWS at GENECO?

ARIA KNOWS is the working system of GENECO, the Romanian solar installation firm in which the founder of ARIA KNOWS is a shareholder. It is not a demo account: the company's requests, customers, projects, documents and supplier invoices sit there.

GENECO has 8 working accounts, held by 7 people on the team, because one of them uses two accounts. There is one more account on the list, the one belonging to the founder of ARIA KNOWS, which we leave out of the count, because he is not part of the GENECO team. An account does not mean use, so we will not tell you how many people open the system on a given day: we do not measure that, so we do not write it.

An ordinary day

What does it actually do on a working day?

On an ordinary day, ARIA KNOWS takes in the requests that arrive from the forms on the company's two websites, turns them into leads with a name and a phone number, moves the won lead into a customer and a project, keeps the documents in a shared library on client folders and receives supplier invoices through the ANAF e-Factura interface.

01

In the morning, a request comes in from the website

A homeowner fills in the form on one of the company's two websites, usually after clicking an ad. The request lands straight in ARIA KNOWS, with everything they wrote and with the campaign it came from. Nobody copies it by hand out of an email.

02

The request becomes a lead, with a name and a phone number

The lead carries the name, the phone number, the source and the history, and the two websites end up in the same list, not in two email inboxes. That is how over 300 leads sit in one place, counted on 9 August 2026.

03

The won lead becomes a project

When the customer says yes, the lead becomes a customer and a project. The name, the address and the history travel on with it, nobody retypes anything into another program. That is how GENECO keeps 57 customers and 42 projects.

04

The documents sit in a shared library

The contract, the technical datasheets for the panels, the permits and the handover report sit in the company library, on client folders, not on the laptop of a colleague who is on holiday. There are 411 documents there, and anyone on the team can reach them.

05

Supplier invoices arrive from ANAF on their own

Incoming invoices come through the ANAF e-Factura interface and land in the money module, without anyone downloading them by hand from SPV. At GENECO there are 353 supplier invoices brought in that way. This is usually where a chatbot stuck onto a spreadsheet stops.

06

Everything stays in one system

Because the conversation with the customer, their project and the supplier invoice sit in the same place, the question "what did this job cost" is asked once, in one program. It is the question the person running a company asks every time, and the answer cannot come out of a WhatsApp inbox.

Nothing in the chain above is spectacular on its own. The value is that it is a single thread: the customer's request and the invoice that arrives for their job land in the same system, with nobody retyping anything along the way. An assistant that answers on WhatsApp and writes into a spreadsheet stops at step two, and the rest of the day stays on your shoulders. If you are losing requests right now because you cannot get round to replying, we wrote separately about what your options are.

The real test

Why does it matter that we run it in our own company?

It matters because ARIA KNOWS is not allowed to break. If a lead is lost or a supplier invoice does not reach the right place, the first company that suffers is GENECO. That changes what gets built: features used in the work, not features that look good in a sales deck.

Bugs are paid for at home

An error in a money module is not a ticket, it is an expense somebody hunts for in a bank statement at ten at night. That is why the money modules were the first ones built properly.

Unused features die quickly

When the product is also your own working tool, you see straight away what nobody opens. What is not used does not reach the pricing page as a selling point.

The flow comes from the building site

The order of the steps, from the request to the handover of the job, was not drawn in a meeting. It was copied from the way GENECO works anyway, then cleaned up.

What does not run, we do not talk about

The modules we do not use sit in the list of limits below, not in the story above. It is the only rule that keeps a page like this standing.

No rounding

How big is the company behind ARIA KNOWS?

Small, and we say it before you ask. ARIA KNOWS is built by a small team in a Romanian company and went on sale in 2026. The company in the story above is the one in which the founder of ARIA KNOWS is a shareholder.

Why we publish small figures

The figures on this page are counted from a single working account, on 9 August 2026, and they grow slowly. They are not impressive, but they are counted rather than estimated, and we write next to them the date we read them.

What you can check from the outside is who we are: ARIA KNOWS is operated by Annapolis Tour S.R.L., CUI RO38461850. You can look the company up in the public ANAF register before you talk to us. If you want to compare, we put the prices published by one supplier on this market next to ours, exactly as they publish them.

The limits, in the open

What does ARIA KNOWS not do yet?

ARIA KNOWS does not keep the books and does not file returns with ANAF, it only brings in the invoices received through the e-Factura interface. It has no SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification, because the company is too small for the cost of a formal audit right now. Bank reconciliation exists as a module, but it has not come into use at GENECO, and the phone side is the newest part of the system.

It does not keep the books

ARIA KNOWS brings in the invoices received through the e-Factura interface and keeps them next to your projects, but it does not draw up the trial balance and it does not file returns. Your accountant stays your accountant.

No SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification

We are too small for the cost of a formal audit in 2026. We say so directly, instead of leaving the opposite impression through a nicely written security page.

Bank reconciliation is not in use

The module exists and puts the invoices next to the lines on the bank statement, but it has not come into use at GENECO. We ran it once, as a test. Until it runs regularly, we do not tell the story as if it did.

The phone is the newest part

ARIA KNOWS answers real calls, tested on a phone line, but it is the newest and least used part of the system. If you want the phone, we will tell you exactly where we are with it.

We have few outside customers

ARIA KNOWS went on sale in 2026 and is used at the company in this story. Outside customers are few, and in the first conversation we tell you exactly how many, so you do not find out on your own later.

If one of the points above is exactly what you need, tell us in the first conversation. We will tell you honestly whether ARIA KNOWS helps you now or whether you are better off waiting, even if the answer costs us the sale.

Frequently asked questions

Which company uses ARIA KNOWS in production?

GENECO, a Romanian solar installation firm, runs its operation in ARIA KNOWS: 57 customers, 42 projects, over 300 leads that came from two websites, 411 documents in the library and 353 supplier invoices brought in through ANAF e-Factura. The system has 8 working accounts, held by 7 people on the team. The founder of ARIA KNOWS is a shareholder in GENECO, and that is written on the page, not hidden. The figures were read from the working account on 9 August 2026.

Does ARIA KNOWS have a real integration with ANAF e-Factura?

Yes. In ARIA KNOWS, invoices received from suppliers come through the ANAF e-Factura interface and land in the money module, with no manual download from SPV. At GENECO there are 353 invoices brought in that way, counted on 9 August 2026. The e-Factura integration is useful, but it is not rare on the Romanian market and we do not sell it as a unique advantage.

What does ARIA KNOWS cost?

ARIA KNOWS has two plans with a public price, plus one on request. Communication costs 199 RON per month, Operations 499 RON per month, and Development is quoted on request. There is no setup fee. Paid annually, Communication costs 1,990 RON and Operations 4,990 RON, which is ten months instead of twelve. The price you see is the amount you pay for the subscription, VAT included. The only things that can be added on top are usage you can see in advance: the Meta WhatsApp fees, rebilled at cost, and phone minutes beyond the ones included.

Can I see the system before I pay?

Yes. Write to us on WhatsApp at +40 750 469 994 and we will show you ARIA KNOWS on the same flow, on a demo account with anonymised data: the request that becomes a lead, the lead that becomes a project, the document library and the supplier invoice that came through ANAF. We do not show you another company's real data, because we have no right to. There is no setup fee.
